A chance for Indigenous activists, their supporters, and environmentally-concerned people of all ages and backgrounds to mingle in a celebration of life and against the further devastation of Earth, the mother of all living beings, and the earthbeings' chances of thriving on Earth.

This year's walk is in honour of Dave Brophy and celebrates the work of the women of Grassy Narrows: blockader and grassroots organizers.
