Canada's environmental auditor is in Winnipeg to present and answer questions on his Fall 2010 report to Parliament. Scott Vaughan is the Commissioner of Environment and Sustainable Development from the Office of the Auditor General (OAG). The OAG is an independent federal body that reports to Parliament.

Scott Vaughan will also be available to discuss the OAG's environmental petitions process as a tool for accessing information from Ministers on issue of sustainable development.
